Some navigation systems may send you the "scenic way". 

We recommend you take one of the following routes. 

Directions from Hamilton

• Take State Highway 1 to Rangiriri.
• Turn left over the Waikato River, then right into the Glen Murray-Rangiriri Rd.  
• At its end, turn left, and drive another seven kilometres to the Telecom tower where you take the right-hand fork into Waikaretu Valley Rd.  
• Follow this road for 15 kilometres to Waikaretu School on the left.
     

Directions from Huntly

• Head northwest on Great South Rd toward Main St.
• Turn left onto Main St.
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Tumate Mahuta Drive.
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Tainui Bridge Rd.
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Harris St.
• Continue onto Hetherington Rd.
• Slight right to stay on Hetherington Rd.
• Turn right onto Highway 22.
• Turn left onto Waikaretu Valley Rd.
   

Directions from Auckland

• Take the Southern Motorway to Mercer.
• Cross the Waikato River into Mercer Ferry Road, and follow signs to Pukekawa and Golf Club.
• Drive through Pukekawa and on to Glen Murray.  
• About 6 kilometres past Glen Murray Motors is a Telecom tower where you take the right hand fork into Waikaretu Valley Rd.
• Follow this road for 15 kilometres until you come to Waikaretu School, on the left.
